Free Shipping
We offer free Ground Shipping via USPS on orders that total or are greater than $75 after discounts and before taxes.
If your order total is over $75 but your discount code brings the total below $75, this order will not qualify for free shipping.
How long do orders usually take to ship?
As soon as you make aN AWOL purchase, our fulfillment center immediately processes your order to get your gear delivered asap. Ground orders can take up to 3-4 business days to be packed and shipped. Tracking emails can take up to 5 days to be received after a ground order is placed.
All AWOL orders ship from Southern California. Once shipped, ground shipments can take as little as 4-5 days to destinations within California and up to 5-10 business days to locations on the East Coast.
Expedited shipments must be placed by 9 am Eastern Time to be processed on the same business day. If the order is placed after 9 am EST or on a holiday or weekend it will ship out the next business day.
For 2-day shipments, the shipping timeframe is 2-3 business days from the shipment date. For 3-day shipments, the shipping timeframe is 3-4 business days from the shipment date. US Federal Holidays do not count towards the shipping timeframe, please take this into consideration when placing your order near an upcoming holiday.
We know that shipping times are important to our customers, so we are constantly working to improve the speed at which our gear makes it to your front door.
What type of mail carriers do you ship with?
We ship with three carriers to anywhere in the United States: USPS & UPS. The carrier is dependent on the location of the shipping address and the type of shipping chosen at checkout.
Ground orders generally ship with USPS, however, this is not always the case, especially if the order is being shipped to a location outside of California.
If your package must ship with a specific carrier in order to be delivered, please place your order during business hours (9am - 4pm PST) and email us at hello@awolsd.com with your order number and carrier request. We will do our best to make that change for you.
International shipping
We ship to anywhere within the United States. At this time we do not ship internationally but we are working on it!
Do you offer prepaid return shipping labels?
At this point we do not offer prepaid USPS Vuori Return Shipping Labels for all online purchases.
USPS Shipping Delays
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and internal issues with USPS, we are currently seeing slower transit and later delivery times for orders with ground shipping. At this time, ground orders are arriving within 10-15 business days, but some may take longer to arrive depending on the location.
